Interview anxiety usually happens because of the release of adrenalin due to your brain’s ‘fight or flight’ response. Although this aid in making you alert, it also triggers interview anxiousness. Some of the manifestations of interview anxiety are: pounding heart, shaking legs, trembling hands, hand sweating, shortness of breath, headache & feeling nauseated.

Hands: to avoid gestures that betray your pest stress, your emotions, your discomfort, promote those who serve in the accompanying speech and demonstrate a commitment to the conversation. Use them sparingly, the attention of your partner must remain on what you say and not on the gestures you make. Everything is in the measurement. Have a firm handshake. During your interview, do not cross your legs and arms simultaneously (this gives you a closed stance and opposition to what is being said). Keep hands and nails clean.
