If a woman decides to go with a skirt then the skirt should not be higher up then the knees. This way when you sit down, you do not have to worry about showing off your underwear. You want to receive the interview based on your intelligence and your qualifications and not what you look like. You should also keep your hair back and in a ponytail or a bun.
